Charlie Parker | Principal Consultant & FounderCharlie started his career at JP Morgan and worked in private equity and family offices before starting Ratel in 2017. His primary role is providing market intelligence and advisory solutions to clients throughout the battery value chain and adjacent verticals where he focuses on growth strategies in emerging technology for startups, corporations, and universities as well as government, industry groups, finance, and professional service providers. His experience in evaluating niche and opaque markets and the economics that underpin them form the basis of his approach to deep research and holistic strategy development. |

Amelie Zucker | Associate ConsultantAmelie is an undergraduate at Harvard studying government and economics. She is passionate about climate change and has previously done research on reef ecosystems and the environmental impact of natural disasters. On the Harvard campus, she is a Division 1 athlete on the sailing team as well as the media intern for the Harvard Varsity club. Outside of academics, she enjoys photography, running, and exploring nature. |

Oprah Nkera | Associate ConsultantOprah is an undergraduate at Harvard studying Neuroscience with a minor in Global Health & Health Policy. She is passionate about research, policy, and emerging technologies, and has conducted bioinformatics research at MGH while serving as a nonprofit consultant for Harvard's Raise Community Group chapter. Outside of academics, she enjoys practicing the ukulele, roller skating, and peer counseling. |
